• Connect with motivated leads who need help solving their tax issues
• Set up appointments for our Title 1 team to close deals
• Collaborate with your team to maximize impact and results
• Stay motivated and on-track through daily/weekly/monthly goals
• What You 'll Need:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Basic understanding of tax forms and IRS processes (we'll train the rest!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone
• A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset
• Prior tax, finance, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
