About the Role

: We're looking for self-driven, motivated individuals to join our sales team as Insurance Producers. No experience? No problem. We offer full training -- all you need is the drive to succeed and the willingness to do what it takes. If you're committed to personal growth and want to become a top producer, we'll give you the tools and support to make it happen. This role includes cold calling and prospecting -- we're looking for someone who's not afraid to pick up the phone and go after new business.

What You'll Do

:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Help customers find the best coverage options for home, auto, and more
• Provide expert guidance on insurance policies (we'll train you!)
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
• Identify new business opportunities and close sales
• Stay current on industry products, trends, and carriers
• Work toward monthly sales goals with a growth mindset What We 're Looking For:
