Overview

We are seeking an Inside Salesperson specializing in Heating and Hydronic Systems to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for assisting contractors, technicians, and builders with product selection, system design, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of hydronic heating systems, boilers, controls, and related equipment, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for heating and hydronic product inquiries from contractors and trade customers.
• Provide product recommendations, technical support, and pricing information.
• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, warehouse teams, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, system design, and industry trends.
• Support counter sales as needed and contribute to branch sales goals.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or introducing new product lines to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC or hydronic heating industry experience (wholesale or contractor background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of boilers, pumps, radiant systems, controls, and related components.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers and ERP/ order entry systems.
• Team player with a customer-first attitude.
