Responsibilities

:

• Promotes the Company's products and brand in the US market.
• Serves customers by identifying their needs and providing tailor-made solutions.
• Identifies current and future customer service needs by establishing personal relationships with active and potential clients.
• Provide customers with support regarding product offerings, services, and technical engineering information.
• Perform market research, organize company presentations, and conduct sales calls in order to find new accounts.
• Develop customer rapport by explaining or demonstrating added value from our products.
• Maintain close contact with customers by providing on-time and clear information about their purchases.
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Contribute to department/team goals by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, recommending options and innovative ideas, and implementing action plans. Technical Sales Representative
