Job description BDC Representative Colonial Automotive Group is seeking self-motivated BDC Representatives to join our dealership's sales team. You will be responsible for handling incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as the first point of contact for customers. To be a successful BDC Representative, you should have skills in sales, organization, and follow up. Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
• Logging customer's details and comments in our system.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with any "no show" customers.
• Maintaining thorough, up to date knowledge of our products.
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales. Auto sales preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Professional and personable demeanor. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
