Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. Should have experience in the produce industry, especially wholesale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell products or services effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales strategies.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.
