Responsibilities

• Interact with customers directly inside retail stores
• Provide product information and assist with questions
• Support promotions, displays, and in-store marketing setups
• Help customers with upgrades, account options, and service details
• Maintain a positive and professional presence on the sales floor
• Participate in team meetings and meet daily store expectations

Requirements

• Comfortable working in person inside a retail environment
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
