Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Only inbound phone sales insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional knowledge and assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. We belong to the 1% of agencies accross the country, we need hungry and determined sales reps that are ready to take their career to the next level.

Duties

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
• Answer inbound request for quotes via Live transfers and or e-mail.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction..
• Maintain a thorough understanding of various insurance products and industry trends to effectively advise clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience. Skills
• Strong sales skills over the phone, as 95% of all sales will be done by phone.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
