We specialize in comprehensive tutoring, standardized test prep, and admissions consulting services. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Education Consultant to join our energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Consultative Sales: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students. Assess their academic needs and recommend suitable programs, including K-12 subject tutoring (English, Math), Speech & Debate, AP courses, STEM Competition, and Test Prep (SAT/ISEE) etc.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with families to ensure student satisfaction and retention.
• Enrollment Goals: Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to enrollment to meet monthly individual and team revenue targets.
• On-site Operations: Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and handle administrative tasks related to student registration.

Qualifications

:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education consulting.
• Schedule: Must be available to work on-site in Irvine. Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate complex educational concepts to parents clearly.
• Motivation: Self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to help students succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

(Big Plus):

• Experience in College Admissions Counseling or K-12 Private School Application sales.
• Familiarity with the US education system, including AP/IB curricula and standardized testing (SAT/ACT/ISEE/SSAT).
• Bilingual capabilities (Mandarin/English) are MUST given our demographic. What We Offer:

: Base Salary $4,000/month + Commission + Paid Off
