Overview

We are seeking a Inside Sale Associate to join our sales and distribution team in Chelmsford, MA. This role combines order processing, customer server and shipping/receiving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and communicate with customers regarding order/delivery status
• Pack, audit, and label outbound shipments
• Receive and document inbound shipments; ensure proper organization
• Assist occasionally with light product assembly
• Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed

Qualifications

• Local candidate (MA/NH) with reliable commute
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently What We 're Looking For
