Full description of the position

I have too much business to handle and want to hire a real estate agent to mentor. This person will receive in-depth 1 on 1 sales training. Also, this individual will be working with my current and new clients; alongside me. We are still hiring 2 individuals starting July 2026. You will need to get your real estate license prior to July 2026. You must have some sales experience Be able to effectively listen to the wants and needs of your client and articulate solutions. Projected income for the 1st year is $50,000-$150,000. After that, the sky's the limit. Full time only. Expect to work an absurd number of hours. Yes, I said absurd.
