• Run 10-15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week
• Deliver confident, consultative presentations to homeowners
• Build trust, identify needs, and close deals on the spot
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth project delivery
• Participate in ongoing sales, mindset, and leadership training
• Who We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Competitive mindset and professional presence
• In-home sales experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
