We're growing fast and looking for motivated sales professionals who want to make great money while helping customers transform their outdoor spaces. The Role We're looking for outgoing, self-motivated Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting new people, helping them solve problems and closing deals. If you're driven, love working with customers and want uncapped earning potential, this is a great opportunity. What You 'll Be Doing

• Meeting with homeowners and business owners to assess their needs
• Explaining the benefits of synthetic turf in a clear, friendly way
• Providing accurate quotes and recommendations for each project
• Closing sales and hitting weekly/monthly sales goals
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Tracking leads, appointments and sales in our system
• Coordinating with our installation team to make sure projects run smoothly What We 're Looking For
• Sales experience is a plus but not required -- we provide training
• Comfortable meeting and talking with new people
• Motivated, dependable and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
