In-Home Sales Designer - Luxury Pools & Living (In-Home Sales Experience Required -- Please Do Not Apply Without It) Luxury Pools & Living is growing and seeking two additional In-Home Sales Designers to help our clients bring their dream backyards to life. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented sales professional with proven in-home consumer sales experience and a strong understanding of the sales process. Candidates must have completed a formal sales course or training program.

Required Qualifications

• In-home consumer sales experience (required)
• Strong understanding of the sales process
• Experience in landscape and/or hardscape sales
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Technologically savvy with professional online communication skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with CAD, Structure Studios, or Pool Studio software

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointments with clients (all leads are provided daily)
• Meet clients in their homes to discuss project goals, needs, and vision
• Collaborate with clients to design custom outdoor living projects
• Prepare estimates and present proposals using EZ Estimate software (no manual calculations)
• Confidently present solutions and close sales
• Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams What We Provide
