Whether you're looking to start a new career or advance in the automotive industry, we'll provide comprehensive training and support to set you up for success. What You 'll Do:

• Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle and explain features, financing, and value-added services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, accessories, financing options, and current promotions.
• Manage customer data and appointments using dealership software.
• Conduct clear and ethical sales negotiations to close deals.
• Respond to sales inquiries from phone or internet leads.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and development sessions.
• Follow safety, security, and dealership protocols.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team. What We 're Looking For:
