We're seeking motivated individuals to join our Insurance Distribution Organization: Evolution Financial, powered by Integrity Marketing Group, one of the largest and most respected insurance distribution companies in the nation. What You 'll Do

• Meet with clients one-on-one (virtually or in person) to help them understand and secure the right insurance and financial protection plans.
• Learn sales, marketing, and personal branding to grow your individual business.
• Build and lead a team -- recruit, train, and mentor others to success.
• Participate in company contests, events, and incentive-based travel opportunities.
• Develop leadership skills in communication, coaching, and business development.
• Build a book of business that earns residual income and holds sellable equity value.
• Access ongoing professional development and training through Integrity's national platform. Investment & Licensing To get started, there are two initial investments:
• $199 for access to the Integrity distribution and business platform. (CRM, tracking, payroll systems. Coaching and mentorship are included)
• Approximately $250 to obtain your state insurance license (varies by state). We provide guidance through the entire licensing process.

Compensation

• Commission-based + Residual Income + Equity Opportunities
