We're growing and looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. What You 'll Do

• Develop and grow a defined territory of sign shops, print businesses, and installers.
• Prospect new business and manage existing accounts to hit monthly sales goals.
• Provide product expertise and recommend solutions to fit customer needs.
• Prepare accurate quotes, enter orders, and follow through until delivery.
• Partner with inside sales, warehouse, and tech teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows and local events to promote the Wensco brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who thrives on independence and meeting goals.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (Prophet 21 experience is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (monthly allowance provided). Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. What We Offer
