About the Role

: Our team is an authorized AT&T retailer, is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our in-store sales team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of AT&T, helping customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs. This is an in-store position focused on direct customer interaction and product sales. What You 'll Do:

• Greet customers in a retail environment and assess their wireless needs
• Sell AT&T wireless plans, phones, and accessories
• Provide product education and explain current promotions
• Process new accounts, upgrades, and service changes using AT&T systems
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness and accurate inventory
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience with every interaction

Who You Are

:

• Strong communicator with a friendly, confident personality
• Sales-driven with a passion for helping people
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail setting
• Able to stand for extended periods and work retail hours (including weekends)
• Prior sales or wireless experience is a plus, but not required
