Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing fashion wholesale team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, skilled in relationship-building, and experienced in driving sales within the wholesale or retail environment. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer base and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

(include but are not limited to):

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, boutiques, and retailers
• Present new collections, pricing, and promotions to existing and prospective customers
• Manage the full sales cycle including outreach, order placement, follow-ups, and after-sales support
• Attend fashion trade shows, markets, and client meetings as required
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Assist with business development initiatives and account growth strategies
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand image at all times Skills and

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in fashion sales, wholesale, or retail strongly preferred
• Bilingual required: English + Mandarin or Cantonese, English + Spanish
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus We Offer:
