Job Type: Full-time Sales Representative: A Sales Representative at HometownLX utilizes hands-on sales, problem-solving, and negotiating skills to build a portfolio of clients requiring assistance from our exemplary freight brokerage services. Our in-depth operational training program amplifies your skillset so you may excel in the lucrative logistics industry and beyond. Balancing sales and logistics operations skills, a Sales Representative is focused on efficiently managing customer relationships. A Sales Representative is supported by the freight operations team and sales team.

Responsibilities

: Business Development

• Expand client base through sales practices including phone calls and emails.
• Focus on selling with an emphasis on growing your sales skills daily.
• Develop ongoing relationships with customers and carriers. Communicate
• Commit to building long-standing relationships with customers.
• Discuss and relay pertinent information with dexterity. Build and utilize logistics operations skills.
• Work daily to improve multi-tasking skills related to operations.
• Manage multiple platforms to balance customer needs.
• Build confident decision-making skills. Bring a great attitude and a high work ethic each day.

• The Ideal Candidate is a positive, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal communication skills and an intense desire to learn and excel. Pay Type: $45,000 Annually + Monthly Commissions Annual Salary + Commission, most team members are making $65,000 + by the end of their first year and $100,000+ by the end of their second year. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
