Job Post Summary Position: Smart Home Sales Representative

Pay Range

: $37,000 - $175,000+ per year (Top performers earn $10,000 -$15,000+ per month) Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional weekends) Location: In Person | College Station, TX + Travel Markets Start: Immediate Hire | Paid Training Provided About the Opportunity We are actively expanding our direct-to-home sales team and are seeking driven individuals who want a high-income, performance-based opportunity with room for growth. Our team works face-to-face with homeowners, providing personalized solutions through education, demonstrations, and relationship-building. • Meet with homeowners face-to-face
• Educate customers on smart home systems and technology
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations and personalized presentations
• Generate customers through direct outreach, referrals, and networking
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and proposals using digital sales tools
• Work closely with leadership to meet and exceed performance goals
