: BDC SALES POSITION -- LEAD CONVERSION AND APPOINTMENT SPECIALIST. Automotive BDC Sales Representative

Compensation

: $80,000-$100,000 (base + performance bonuses) Dealership Type: Independent Automotive Dealership

About the Role

: This is a proactive inbound/outbound sales role designed to expand dealership sales opportunities. You will be the driving force behind customer engagement, follow-up, and appointment creation.

Key Responsibilities

: Take inbound & make outbound calls to warm leads, previous customers, unsold opportunities, and service-not-sold lists. Re-engage past prospects and convert them into new sales opportunities. Generate consistent, high-quality appointments for the sales team. Maintain CRM accuracy and daily follow-up schedules. Provide exceptional customer communication and relationship-building. Support dealership promotions, sales events, and monthly goals. You Must Have: > > Automotive experience in a BDC management position -- non-negotiable. Proven outbound calling and lead-generation success. Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills. Strong CRM and technology proficiency. Ability to work independently while driving measurable results. Highly organized and motivated by sales targets Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
