Full description of the position

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Ford Sales Representative to join our team at a busy Ford dealership in North Orange County. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, professional, and eager to grow in automotive sales. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with selecting new and pre-owned Ford vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
  • Explain vehicle features, pricing, incentives, and financing options
  • Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
  • Accurately enter customer information into the CRM/DMS
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Stay current on Ford products, programs, and promotions
  • Work closely with management and the finance department
Qualifications
  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
