This entry-level sales role is designed for individuals who want to develop communication skills, earn based on performance, and grow through coaching in a fast-paced, in-person environment. This is not a desk or remote position. The role involves active, face-to-face work and is measured by results and consistency.

What You Will Do

• Work directly with customers in person to explain available service options
• Ask questions, listen, and guide customers through simple decisions
• Follow a structured daily system focused on consistency and effort
• Stay active throughout the day in a hands-on role
• Track basic performance metrics and progress
• Work closely with your manager and team to reach weekly goals
