Key Responsibilities

• Greet and professionally engage customers in a high-traffic retail showroom
• Deliver a customer service -focused sales experience in a customer-based environment
• Identify customers' home furnishing needs and guide them toward solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Generate sales using a consultative, service-driven approach
• Build rapport and trust through active listening, product knowledge, and integrity
• Present product features, benefits, financing options, and protection plans clearly and confidently
• Encourage additional products to complete room solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information using tablets and digital sales tools

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent sales experience in a customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with an outgoing, professional demeanor
• Comfortable using electronic devices such as tablets and touchscreens
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule , including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
