Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jr. Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales , 5+ years of experience within the trucking industry and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the industry . The Jr. Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our outside sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets.

Duties

:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance and customer interactions
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive sales approach
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in existing and emerging markets
• Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets
• Identify and address any sales performance gaps Experience:
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the logistics industry
• Strong background in outside sales, technical sales, or a related field
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage a team of sales representatives
• Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans
• Strong understanding of sales best practices and industry trends
