We are a global leader in manufacturing and are looking for an Account Manager to partner with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, supporting sales growth and ensuring excellent day-to-day account execution. This role manages customer orders, delivery alignment, and proactive communication while coordinating cross-functionally with planning, operations, quality, and engineering. The Account Manager addresses issues, drives recovery actions when needed, and ensures customer requirements are clearly communicated to support on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

: - Bachelor's degree, required, preferably in Engineering or Business - Experience managing and coordinating resolution to all customer order complaints and/or non-compliant purchase order issues - 2 years of experience in manufacturing (Aerospace industry, preferred)

Key Responsibilities

: - Support the Segment Manager in meeting bookings, sales, and new business goals - Own daily customer account management and communication - Lead weekly/daily status calls to review priorities and resolve issues - Coordinate multiple internal resources (sales, engineering, supply chain, production) to ensure strong customer support and execution of project activities - Assist customer with resolving issues related to product availability and delivery If you're interested in this opportunity, please email your resume to [please apply online].
