Key Responsibilities

Sales Development: Participate in the 50/50 Program to cultivate customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and support strong sales performance. Training & Mentorship: Engage in a comprehensive two-year training program, follow a detailed development plan, and work closely with an assigned sales mentor for personalized coaching. Networking: Collaborate with program participants nationwide, sharing insights and learning from peers across the industry. Career Growth: Build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become a top-performing salesperson and establish a long-term career in the insurance industry. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ideal candidates are driven, competitive, and excited to launch a career in sales and marketing within the insurance industry. Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
