Wireless Sales Associate - (AT&T) In-Store Retail Role Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Day Shift

Compensation

:

• Hourly-Based Pay: $15-$18 per hour
• Uncapped Commission + Weekly Bonuses
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $42,000 -$62,000 annually (base + commission)

• focused on delivering outstanding service directly to customers in a retail setting. This is an in-store position--you'll be working hands-on with customers at our Manchester retail location.

What You'll Do

:

• Represent AT&T's latest promotions in-store at a local Manchester retail location
• Help walk-in customers find the right wireless solutions--from devices to plans
• Build strong relationships with Manchester shoppers by delivering exceptional face-to-face service
• Stay informed about the latest products, tech trends, and offers
• Drive personal and team sales goals as part of an energized in-store campaign What We're Looking For:

• Retail, wireless, or customer service experience preferred-- but we'll train the right person
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new products
