Responsibilities

:

• Identify client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions.
• Quote and sell Auto & Home insurance. (Life and Business if licensed)
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
• Work independently while contributing to team success.

Qualifications

:

• Active Property & Casualty license (required); Life & Health license preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer and CRM systems. What We Offer:

Compensation

Structure: This is a commission-based sales role with no base salary. Typical earnings range between $50,000 -$90,000+ annually, based on production. Bonuses and incentives are available for exceeding sales goals. Job Type: Full-time Projected Total
