Medical Referral Representative (1099 Position) Location: Sherman Oaks, California

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and medical offices throughout our service area.
• Introduce our surgeon and practice, highlighting our qualifications and patient care excellence.
• Present our services with clarity and confidence to encourage referrals.
• Identify new referral sources and growth opportunities.
• Track and report referral activity, providing regular feedback and insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative outreach strategies and strengthen referral networks. What We 're Looking For
• Experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven success in outside sales or account management.
• Excellent organization and analytical abilities -- you know how to turn data into action.
• Comfortable visiting physician offices and engaging with healthcare staff at all levels.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities.
