About Us

: Complete Flooring Solutions is a new, modern flooring showroom opening in Waltham, MA. We supply high-quality flooring materials hardwood, vinyl, carpet, and tile materials to homeowners, contractors, and interior designers. We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional showroom service
• Educate clients on flooring materials, features, and installation options
• Prepare and present accurate quotes and invoices
• Follow up with customer inquiries and leads
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom
• Support contractors, designers, and homeowners in their selections
• Assist with order entry and vendor coordination as needed

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (flooring industry preferred)
• Knowledge of flooring materials
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional attitude with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (email, quoting software, Excel, etc.)
• Reliable and punctual
