• Build and maintain a high-converting consultation and sales process for all medical aesthetic services
• Cultivate long-term client relationships based on trust, results, and consistent communication
• Assist providers by preparing rooms, reviewing treatment plans with patients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and service utilization benchmarks
• Collaborate closely with providers to design customized treatment plans that align with client goals and budgets
• Understand and communicate the benefits of packages, memberships, and reward programs
• Maintain strong follow-up systems for consultations, treatment plans, and rebooking
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the spa's luxury experience
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements related to patient acquisition, retention, and clinical flow

Qualifications

: (Clinical Manager)

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in medical aesthetics, luxury wellness, or related fields
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as injectables, laser, skincare, and body contouring is preferred
• Experience assisting medical providers or working in a clinical aesthetic setting is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient in CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong time-management and follow-up skills to ensure seamless patient and provider experiences Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
