Duties

:

• Consult with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs
• Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection options
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and trust
• Follow proven agency systems to generate new business
• Attend weekly trainings, workshops, and personal development sessions
• Work independently while receiving full mentorship and support
• Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will provide guidance and resources)
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and prospecting for new clients
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

:

• No prior experience is required; we welcome individuals from all backgrounds.
• Must be coachable, self-motivated, and driven by growth
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an outside sales environment.
• A one-time $200 investment for training, support, and carrier access
• If you do not have an insurance license we will assist you with obtaining one.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus Job types: Part time, Contract
