We are an Elite Allstate Insurance agency located in Baltimore..............Were looking for a motivated and people-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Our agency proudly serves customers across Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia, helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Whether you're experienced in insurance or looking to grow into a new career, we offer training, support, and the opportunity to make an impact in the communities we serve. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

• MUST live in DE, MD, DC, or VA
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping others.
• MUST _be Licensed in Property & Casualty_
• (Life license is a plus).
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Sales experience or customer service background is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

:

• Educate clients on a variety of insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life.
• Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, marketing, and networking.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through expert guidance and exceptional service.
• Stay compliant with state regulations across DE, MD, DC, and VA.
