Full description of the position

Job Purpose: Provide direct sales and administrative support to the office. Essential Responsibility:

• Assist with order processing , customer inquiries , and partner requests.
• Develop creative and professional solutions based on the specific requirements of customers.
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Communicate effectively with B2B customers to build connections, foster trust, and encourage repeat orders.
• Explore prospective customers to help expand the market.
• Conduct regular interactions (calls, emails, meetings) with prospects and assigned customers to nurture and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments and the warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment and communication.
• Organize and file sales and office documents accurately.
• Research and forecast market trends and provide updates and insights to the team.
• Occasional travel may be required once you begin managing business accounts. Desired Skill and Experience:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer Service/ Sales experience
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in both oral and written form is a Must
• Enjoy working with people, and be comfortable building relationship with customers
