Used Car Sales Associate - Vista Auto Sales (Vista, CA) Location: 1420 S Santa Fe Ave, Vista, CA 92084 Full-Time | Commission-Based + Bonuses Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory
• Build relationships with customers to establish trust and loyalty
• Follow up with potential leads and past customers
• Contact and convert internet leads into in-store appointments and sales
• Assist with financing options and documentation
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain a clean and professional sales floor and lot presentation

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
