Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to potential customers. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Recommend additional products or services to meet customer needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

: - Previous experience in Optical sales preferred or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions - High school diploma or equivalent - Answering phone with professionalism Skills (preferred): - Knowledge of Frames and Lenses - Familiarity with medical billing processes - Understanding of measurements taken - Experience with medical records management - Familiarity with optical systems and products - Understanding of medical coding procedures Join our team as an Optical Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
