Duties

- Engage in sales activities at the dealership to meet and exceed sales targets. - Provide exceptional customer service to all potential buyers. - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences. - Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits. - Negotiate and close deals effectively. - Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.

Requirements

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role. - Excellent sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus. - Ability to provide outstanding customer service. - Knowledge of sales support techniques to assist customers throughout the buying process. - Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures. - Proficiency in public speaking to present information effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
