European Wax Center is looking for a Guest Service Associate to join our front desk team! Overview

As a Guest Service Associate, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere while handling check- ins, check-outs, scheduling, membership sales, and product education. Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor are key to success in this role. Pay Structure Starting Pay: $16 per hour Bonus Opportunities:

• Bi-weekly Wax Pass Bonus based on sales performance: $50-$550
• Retail Conversion Bonus based on center metrics (bi-weekly)
• Eligibility requires working a minimum of 3 shifts per week with no call-outs. Typical Earnings:Most GSAs earn an additional $100-$150 in bonuses each payroll, based on:
• Wax Pass sales
• Attendance
• Retail conversion performance
