Director of Client Care Services / Sales Manager Foreside Home Care & Nursing, the nation's most awarded home care provider, is looking for a passionate and energetic Director of Client Care Services / Regional Sales Manager to join its exceptional team in Southern California! Prior health care industry sales experience essential - home health care experience a plus. Must have at least an associate degree and two years' experience in the field.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop new Private Pay Accounts
• Manage National Account Clients
• Serve as Public Relations Representative
• Develop New Hospice Contracts
• Maintain KPI Report Data
• Perform Weekly/Monthly "Touch Points" with Clients
• Highly Motivated with a Laser focus on weekly Execution of Sales Plan
• Meet Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Requirements

:

• Batchelor's Degree or other professional degree suitable to job
• Three-Years of Experience in Home Health Care field
• Sales Seminars and Courses a Plus
• Proficiency in MSOffice (Outlook/Word/Excel a must - PowerPoint, a plus)
• Background Check/Drug Screen
• Employment Physical
• Licensed Driver with Insured and Reliable Transportation
