Overview

We are hiring for a remote sales position within the pharmaceuticals industry. This is a commission-based, work-from-home role with flexible hours and full training and support provided.

Compensation

Based on current team performance, new representatives have the potential to earn $15,000 -$50,000/month within their first six months. This range reflects actual results from team members who consistently follow the process. What We Provide

• Full hands-on training via live calls and group chat, led by active team members in the same role
• A company-issued phone line through 8x8, used for all client communications to ensure compliance and tracking
• Lead lists provided at no cost

Responsibilities

• Commitment to 100+ outbound calls per day
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective outreach
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up
• Present and explain products to prospective clients
• Manage client accounts by providing support and recommending additional solutions when appropriate
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using the company's shared reporting system
• Take part in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills Schedule
