Title: Sales Consultant Location: South Boston, MA

Compensation

: $70,000 -$80,000 Base + 5% Commission We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Consultant to help homeowners and businesses transform their spaces with high-quality window covering solutions. • Deliver exceptional, high-quality customer service
• Generate and follow up on leads, including local canvassing
• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to present window covering solutions and provide estimates
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders
• Maintain accurate client records, job details, and project updates in the CRM
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams throughout each project
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, webinars, and ongoing development
• Arrive on time and prepared for all appointments and meetings What We 're Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• 1+ year of experience in self-generated sales, commercial sales, or customer service
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM systems)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage notes and records efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High-energy, positive attitude with a team-first mindset Preferred (Not Required)
• Window covering sales or service experience
• Ability to adapt to change and follow established processes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure

• Base salary range: $70k-$80k annually + 5% commission
