Full description of the position

The Debt Settlement Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Debt Specialists to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role is pivotal in overseeing sales strategies, managing client relationships from a high-level perspective, and driving significant revenue growth. This position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the debt relief industry, exceptional sales management skills, and a commitment to compliance and client success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve departmental and company-wide revenue goals for debt relief services.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion efforts, optimizing the sales funnel. Team Leadership & Management:
  • Onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Debt Specialists.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to the sales team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, sales training sessions, and one-on-one performance reviews.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high levels of productivity, engagement, and morale.
  • Foster a positive, results-driven, and client-centric sales culture. Client Relationship Management (High-Level):
  • Oversee the team's approach to client engagement, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the debt relief process.
  • Address escalated client concerns and provide resolutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and feedback to inform service improvements and sales strategies. Revenue Growth & Profitability:
  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates. Compliance & Regulations:
  • Ensure all sales activities, client interactions, and documentation strictly comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales calls and client files to ensure adherence to compliance guidelines. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track team performance, manage pipelines, and generate insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications

:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in a sales management role within the debt settlement, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets as an individual contributor and as a manager.
  • Strong understanding of debt relief solutions (e.g., debt settlement, debt consolidation, credit counseling).
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
