Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie is is hiring a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. Must have 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager, 2 years as a Used Car Manager in a franchised automobile dealership. Prefer experience in V Auto, and R&R. We are in a high traffic auto mall in a great area. This is not a beginner role. You'll be asked to document your previous performance. Come join our team and see what makes us great!

Responsibilities

- Managing a team of used car sales professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals - Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share - Overseeing inventory management daily and ensuring vehicles are priced competitively daily - Providing sales support and training to staff to enhance their performance - Utilizing communication and negotiation skills to close deals and upsell additional products - Collaborating with other departments to optimize sales processes and customer experience. - Control the Recon process and ensure inventory is ready within 72 hours of aquisition. - Follow all processes for timely disposition of wholesale and aged inventory. - Track and collect all docs needed to manage the title due list

Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of dealership experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of successful sales management and negotiation skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other departments. - Proficiency in inventory management, cold calling, and marketing strategies to drive sales growth. - Experience in retail sales, outbound sales, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
