Duties and Responsibilities

Sales & Reporting

• Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports. Product & Platform Management
• Manage product listings across online retail platforms, ensuring accurate part numbers and specifications.
• Maintain and update new product listings. Business Development
• Support business growth through promotions, marketing collaboration, social media, trade shows, and other sales channels. Order & Inventory Management
• Process daily orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product data and part numbers in internal systems.
• Manage inventory updates using QuickBooks and daily FTP uploads. Customer Service
• Handle customer inquiries related to products, inventory, pricing, shipping, and order status.
• Provide timely and professional customer support. Market & Quality Support
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Coordinate returns, credits, and quality complaints with manufacturers.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (marketing, business, or related field preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
• Proficient with digital tools and software, including email, QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
