Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in presentation event and in person sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and manage accounts. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Desires' licensed care at home services, conduct meet and greets :-) , and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Engage in outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate product value effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Microsoft Office tools. Experience
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technical or medical sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Familiarity with account management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Leadership experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to guide teams towards achieving sales objectives.
