In this role, you will play a vital part in helping clients understand their insurance options while providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to support our customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide expert advice on various insurance products and services.
• Analyze clients' current coverage and recommend appropriate adjustments.
• Meet sales goals by actively promoting State Farm products.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity in all interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with benefits administration is helpful but not essential.
