SALES ASSOCIATE We are a leading event furniture rental provider of authentic, iconic 20th- century furniture and accessories for set designs, trade shows, as well as for corporate and social events, headquartered in Huntington Beach, CA. We are looking to hire a result-driven Sales Associate who will promote the company's products and services through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

, include but not limited to :

• Processing customer quotes
• Help customers find the best products for their event needs
• Recommend related products to increase customer's options and enrich their rental experience
• Answer questions and ensure a pleasant experience
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Remain knowledgeable on products
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

Qualifications

:

• Proven work experience as sales associate or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Basic math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid oral & written communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and energetic personality with focus on customer service
• Ability to perform under pressure and address emails in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible hours
• High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
• Creative background a PLUS Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
