Overview

: We are looking for an Account/Customer Service Representative to join our sales and marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking growth in a client-facing role with the potential to advance into senior management or director positions.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Client Account Management: Provide advice and support to existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
• New Customer Enrollment: Assist with on-boarding and enrolling new customers, guiding them through the process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Coaching & Training: Mentor new team members, sharing your expertise to help them grow within the company.
• Daily Morning Meetings: Participate in daily meetings to review goals, share updates, and align with the team on strategies and objectives.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately maintain client information and track sales activity.
• Intensive Management Development Program: Participate in a structured development program designed to build the skills necessary for higher-level positions.

Qualifications

:

• No prior experience required! We provide full training
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
